Data Subject Channel [LGPD]

In compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), we provide a dedicated channel for data subjects to exercise their rights regarding the processing of personal data.

Your Rights under LGPD

  • Confirmation of processing — know whether your personal data is processed.
  • Access — obtain a copy of your personal data processed by us.
  • Correction — correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion — for unnecessary/excessive data or data processed in violation of LGPD.
  • Portability — request transfer of your data to another provider, when technically feasible.
  • Deletion of consent-based data — delete personal data processed based on your consent.
  • Information about sharing — know public or private entities with which your data has been shared.
  • Consent withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time.
  • Review of automated decisions — request human review of decisions made solely by automated processing.

Response time: we will acknowledge and respond to LGPD requests within 15 days, as required by law. If additional time is legally permitted due to complexity, we will inform you.
